Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing or the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period; free-tier limits apply after that.
What counts as an upload?
Each lab file you submit (PDF or image) counts as one upload against your monthly quota, including retries of a failed extraction when a new file is stored. Viewing or downloading existing records does not consume upload quota.
